Ralf Dagher

Ralf Dagher has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Ralf is currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Embroker since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Engineering at Veem from 2017 to 2022. At Veem, they also worked as the Director of Engineering from 2017 to 2020.

Before joining Veem, Ralf worked at Innovapost as an Application Development Director from 2014 to 2017, where they achieved notable accomplishments in establishing a DevOps Tools team and a Java Center of Excellence. Ralf also served as an Application Development Manager from 2009 to 2014, leading a team in the development of a suite of applications for Canada Post services.

Ralf began their career as a Senior Software Developer at Innovapost in 2004, where they played key roles in the development of a label service and a rating service.

Prior to Innovapost, Ralf worked as an Intermediate Software Developer at MetaSolv Software (now Oracle) from 2002 to 2004, and as a Junior Software Developer at Nortel Networks (division acquired by MetaSolve) from 2000 to 2002.

Ralf Dagher earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Carleton University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
