Heather Falb

Heather Falb is a client-service driven professional with extensive experience in implementation services and account management. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Biddeford Youth Hockey since March 2022, Heather has also held a Senior Manager position in Implementation Services at Emburse since February 2019, alongside prior roles as Manager and Implementation Specialist. Earlier experience includes being a Client Account Manager at MPX, focusing on various industries such as banking, healthcare, and energy, and serving as Director of Commercial Operations at Walch Education, where Heather managed print production and fulfillment while emphasizing customer relationships and employee culture. Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies from the University of Southern Maine, obtained in 2006.
