Michael Giannetti

Michael Giannetti is an accomplished senior human resources executive with extensive experience leading global HR teams across various industries. Currently, as the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Emburse, Giannetti focuses on cultivating a high-performing culture while scaling HR functions in line with organizational growth through technology and best practices. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at insightsoftware, where Giannetti built and led a team to drive revenue and engagement, and Senior Director at Huron, where the groundwork for a global People Operations function was established. Giannetti's career includes significant positions at TriZetto Healthcare Products, AAR, and Inter Continental Real Estate & Development, complemented by a Master's Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
