Stephen D. began their career in 2011 at IBM, where they served as an IT Specialist from July 2011 to November 2013. Stephen then advanced to the role of Information Technology Operations Team Lead from December 2013 to December 2015. From January 2016 to September 2018, they held the position of Information Technology Operations Manager at IBM. In December 2018, Stephen joined Emburse as a Software Implementation Consultant, a role they currently hold.

Stephen D. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from St Joseph Engineering College, Mangaluru.
