With a long-standing career in the mortgage industry, I specialise in arranging bespoke financial solutions for overseas investors and High-Net-Worth clients purchasing or refinancing UK residential and commercial property. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, I offer a personal, seamless service tailored to the unique needs of international buyers. My expertise covers bridging finance, SPV buy-to-let mortgages, and complex lending for self-employed clients or those on UK visas. Backed by strong relationships with a wide network of lenders — including exclusive, broker-only providers — I’m committed to securing the right solutions for every client. In late 2024, I established EMC Mortgage to further enhance the tailored, client-first service.
