Brian Jacobs is the founder and general partner of Emergence Capital. Brian has over 25 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on enterprise applications and SaaS. Brian has served on the boards of Intacct, Bill.com, HireRight, and Lexar Media.
Prior to Emergence, Brian was a partner at Moai Capital, where they focused on investments in enterprise software and SaaS companies. Brian also served as CEO of Impartner Software, a provider of partner relationship management (PRM) software.
Before Moai, Brian was CEO of Eversight, a provider of price optimization software. Brian also served as President of AASCEND, Autism Aspergers Syndrome Coalition for Education, Networking and Development.
Brian has a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford University.
