Jenny Ha

Jenny Ha is the current Executive Assistant at Emergence Capital. Prior to this, they were with Theorem LP from May 2018 to December 2019 as the Executive Assistant to CEO/CTO. Jenny has also worked with Neighborly from November 2015 to May 2018 as the Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant.

Jenny has experience in project and office management, event planning, and program development. With Theorem LP, they were responsible for managing all schedules, travels, priorities and action items of the CEO and CTO, as well as working closely with the executive team on processes, meetings and process map creation. Jenny also lead projects in facilities/office management, implementation of company-wide platforms/applications, campus recruiting and new hire onboarding.

At Neighborly, Jenny cultivated culture, oversaw workplace operations and all-hands meetings throughout Series A ($25M), and developed strategic initiatives, schedules and multi-city travels for CEO/COO and executives as the only Executive Assistant on the team. Additionally, they managed and updated all company-wide calendars, policies, guides and agendas, and implemented 7 company-wide efficiency tools for existing processes: Intercom, Aircall, Zoom, Concur, Okta, Envoy and Lattice.

Jenny Ha received their undergraduate degree at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning. Jenny also minored in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). After graduation, Jenny Ha attended the Cal Poly Summer Institute.
