Wendy Lu is an engineering and product leader with a focus on AI, commerce, and B2C. Currently building new initiatives, they previously served as Director of Engineering for both Airtable and Pinterest, where they significantly contributed to monetization strategies and product launches that grew revenue to $1 billion by the time of Pinterest's IPO. Additionally, Wendy has been active as an investor and startup helper since 2020, supporting various successful ventures. They are also a former member of the U.S. Artistic Swimming National Team and a Stanford University student pursuing a BS in Computer Science.
