Evan Loomis is a seasoned entrepreneur and venture capitalist currently serving as a General Partner at Overmatch Ventures and an Advisor at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). As a co-founder of ICON3D and Founding Partner of Saturn Five, a company that designs and launches startups, Evan has extensive experience in the tech and aerospace sectors. In addition to roles on various boards, including EMCJET and Roadrunner Venture Studios, Evan is a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Venture Partner at Audere Capital LLC. Evan is also recognized as a Kauffman Fellow, contributing to leadership in venture capital and innovation globally. Evan holds a BBA in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
