Paul Grigg

Paul Grigg has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Paul'smost recent role was as President & CEO of Emcom Systems, where they oversaw the sales and distribution of their VoIP security and emergency communications systems. Before that, they co-founded Blockstart Tech, focusing on disruptive startups in the Financial, Media, and Entertainment sectors. Paul also worked as a Management Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in software design, business transformation, and emergency communications. Paul has held leadership positions in various companies, including Business Protection Systems International and Office-Shadow Inc. Paul began their career as a Regional Director at XL/Datacomp/SunGard and later served as President & COO at Systems & Telecoms.

Paul Grigg has a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Studies from Merton Technical College. Paul also obtained certification as a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) from the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII) in December 2014.
