James Stracey

James Stracey has a diverse work experience in the field of transportation and infrastructure management. James began their career in 2009 as a Business Improvement Manager at CarillionWSP. James later moved on to Carillion, where they held the role of O&M Project Manager for Qatar Strategic Highways from 2013 to 2015. James then became the Director of Transport Services at Carillion Canada Inc. from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they serve as the VP of the Ontario Division at Emcon Services Inc.

James Stracey attended Wardle High School from 1991 to 1998. From 1998 to 2001, they studied Civil Engineering and obtained a BEng degree from Loughborough University.
