Michael Ray

Michael Ray is an experienced Project Developer/Estimator at EMCOR Services MSI, specializing in overseeing various construction projects, including retail and government buildings, since May 2020. Key responsibilities include managing field personnel, handling HVAC mechanical equipment and materials, creating project invoices, and coordinating close-out procedures. Previously, Michael served as the President and Owner of AIR WORKS, INC. from January 2001 to May 2020, where all operations of an HVAC business were managed, including sales negotiation, training of technicians, and ensuring compliance with permits. Michael holds an HVAC Apprenticeship degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville and a Florida State Contractor License in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration.
