Noe Navar

Noe Navar has a work experience spanning several years in the field of fiber optics and gyro optics. Noe started their career in 1983 at Litton Ind., where they served as the Ring Laser Gyro Optics Manager for almost two decades until 2000. Following this, they joined EMCORE in 2000 as the Sr.Director/VP of Operations for Emcore Fiber Optics.

Noe Navar earned an MBA with a specialization in Finance from California Lutheran University between 1997 and 1999.
