Tom Minichiello

Tom Minichiello has been a Chief Financial Officer for Emcore since January 2013. Prior to that, they were the SVP, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, & Secretary for Westell from January 2013 to December 2019. Tom has also held the position of Chief Financial Officer (interim) 2011-2012 & 2013 and VP Finance & Chief Accounting Officer for Tellabs from January 2001 to December 2013. Additionally, they were the Director of Sales Finance for Andrew Corporation from January 1995 to December 2001 and Manager, Accounting for Otis Elevator Company from January 1989 to December 1990. Tom Minichiello began their career as a Senior Internal Auditor for United Technologies from January 1987 to December 1988 and then Phelps Dodge Corporation from January 1990 to December 1995.

Tom Minichiello has obtained a BA in Economics from Villanova University. Tom is also a Certified Public Accountant. Tom has an MBA in Operations Management and Entrepreneurship from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Additionally, they have a MS in Accounting from University of Hartford. Finally, they transferred with job move to Hartford for their MS in Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
