Based in Manassas, Virginia, EMD specializes in the installation of Technical Security Systems (TSS), Electrical Systems and Information Technology (IT) infrastructure.  Founded in 2017, EMD was created to address the growing needs and requirements of Local and State governments, Department of State (DoS) Overseas Building Operations and Department of Defense (DoD) facilities domestically and internationally.
