Hisham Nasser Alzarh Medical Equipment Est We are medical devices distribution and service providing company we are providing medical devices related to endoscopic, surgical products, hospital furniture, ICU, CCU, dental products & total hospital solutions.We have built  Prince Saud Bin Jalawi Hospital in Alhasa with cost of 170 million with covered area of 26,000 sqm two separate buildings presently this hospital is handed over to run and managed by Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia

In 1990, Nathan’s Famous purchased the chain for $14.4 million bringing the Miami subs grill and Arthur treachers brand under common corporate umbrella. The chain had approximately 175 outlets at acquisition. On July 24, 2012 Miami subs announced the equity stakes in the chain was purchased by Armando Cristian Perez, known by his stage name, Pitbull. On 29 Dec 2012 a joint venture of 21 million $ was established between Hisham Nasser Al Zarah and Abdulellah Nasser Al zarah sons of Shiekh Nasser Hameed Al Zarah, to open 56 branches in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & GCC for next twenty years.
