Philip Zigoris

Philip Zigoris is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and data management. As Co-Founder of emdash since April 2022, Philip previously held positions including Engineering Manager at Facebook, Senior Engineering Manager at Square, and Advisor on Data Management for the California Citizens Redistricting Commission. Philip's early career involved various roles such as Information Retrieval Engineer at Spock Networks and Research Engineer at IBM, where significant advancements in machine learning applications were realized. Philip holds a Master’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University, complemented by teaching assistantship and research in algorithm-related fields.
