We, at EMDC group, are an innovative engineering company offering Electro-Mechanical Design, Shop Drawings and Value Engineering services to Developers, Architects, Main Consultants and MEP Contractors - through the knowledge and experience of highly qualified Engineers.

Our team is composed of experts in the latest Engineering technologies in Renewable Energies, Green Building designs, HVAC Systems technologies, Water Systems efficiencies, Power Generation & Distribution and IT & Low Current systems. Our strength is hence in providing Total Integrated MEP Solutions to meet the projects needs through a constructive cross-discipline collaboration.

We use the power of design to inspire a positive change and create a future that promotes wellbeing for all, in line with the latest sustainability trends. We focus on the importance of preserving nature and its resources and encourage our clients to apply any opportunity to reduce the overall impact of the built-up environment on the human health and the natural ecosystem. For that purpose, we became a member in the USGBC, NFPA, ASHRAE and BICSI organizations.

We trained our entire team to the latest BIM tools like REVIT. Additional customized REVIT tools are developed in-house for the purpose of improving efficiency and accelerating productivity. Moreover, Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality Research and Development are conducted within our group to provide the clients with a collection of navigation tools, thus converting selected areas with particular importance into virtual and interactive environments.

Our completed projects range between hotels, resorts, shopping centers, residential compounds, educational institutions, office buildings, medical facilities, government complexes, infrastructure network distribution and the like, mainly in the Middle East, Gulf and African countries.
