Jon Mawer

Jon Mawer is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and environmental sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at EMED Group since April 2024, Jon has held several senior management roles, including Senior Regional Operations Manager at OCS Group UK and General Manager at both G4S and Barts Health NHS Trust. With a background in non-emergency patient transport and governance, Jon has a proven track record in process improvements utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies. Previous roles at NHS Supply Chain and DHL NHS Supply Chain involved budget management and supervision of transport operations, showcasing strong leadership capabilities and a focus on efficiency. Education was completed at Cornwallis Secondary School from 1989 to 1994.
