Sofia Taborda

Sofia Taborda is the Director of Innovation and Mobility Solutions at Emel, where they lead a multidisciplinary team focused on developing people-centered projects that inform evidence-based policy making. With over 20 years of experience collaborating with public and private stakeholders on sustainable mobility and transport policy, they have held roles such as Managing Director at Occam and UIA Expert on Urban Mobility. Sofia has also contributed as a Senior Consultant at ADENE and has served in various capacities at Future Cities Catapult. They began their academic journey at Instituto Superior Técnico, where they are currently pursuing a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science.
