Rick Shen

Rick Shen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as President of eMemory since August 2001, where responsibilities include sales, technology development, customer service, and operations. Rick Shen has also held the position of Vice President at eMemory and previously served as Director and Department Manager, focusing on sales, technology development, and the advancement of LogicNVM technology. Prior to joining eMemory, Rick Shen was a Principal Engineer at TSMC, contributing to the 0.13um 300mm project. Rick Shen holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science (MS) in Institute of Electrical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering, all from National Tsing Hua University.
