Banking Experts v. Sales People
-Community bankers consult with you to find a solution that is correct for you
-Sales people are trying to meet a quota
-Our core business is lending to individuals & businesses – if we’re not the experts, we’ll refer you to one.
-Community Bankers’ length of tenure is usually longer than that of “big banks”.
-Community bankers have a wider breadth of banking knowledge
