Alexander Lou

Scientific Infrastructure Engineer III at Emerald Cloud Lab

Alexander Lou has been working in the scientific field since 2011. Alexander began as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Los Alamos National Laboratory in 2011 and 2012. In 2012, they also worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Williams College. From 2013 to 2018, they were a PhD Graduate Student at Northwestern University. In 2018, they moved to Nanosyn as a Research Scientist. Since 2019, they have been employed at Emerald Cloud Lab, where they have held the roles of Scientific Developer, Scientific Developer II, and Scientific Infrastructure Engineer III.

Alexander Lou attended Williams College from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. Alexander then attended Northwestern University from 2013 to 2018, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry. In March 2020, they obtained a ECL Cloud Scientist Level 4 certification from ECL Certification.
