David Doft

David Doft is currently the CFO at Emerald Expositions. Prior to that, they were an Executive In Residence at Progress Partners from August 2019 to January 2020. Previously, they served on the Advisory Board at MediaMath from March 2017 to June 2021. From December 2010 to August 2019, they were the Investment Committee Chair at MDC Ventures.

MDC Ventures (formerly named KBS Ventures) is the corporate venture arm of the global advertising agency network, MDC Partners. They focus on investing in early stage (seed and Series A) startup technology that can transform the advertising and marketing space and address the needs of the modern CMO.

Some of their investments include Perksy, Gradient.io, Catch & Release, Veritonic, Msg.ai, Indicative, SambaTV, PlaceIQ, Adaptly and Polymorph.

David Doft attended the Wharton School, where they earned a BS in Economics/Finance.

They are on a team with Stacey Sayetta - General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Issa Jouaneh - EVP, Emerald Xcelerator, and Gannon Brousseau - EVP, Design, Jewelery & Antique. David Doft reports to Hervé Sedky, President & CEO.
