Simone Phipps

Simone Phipps, PhD, has a diverse academic and professional background in management and leadership education. Phipps served as a Teaching Associate and Instructor at Louisiana State University, co-teaching graduate-level courses on leadership. At Middle Georgia State University, Phipps held various faculty positions, including Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor of Management. Phipps is an Editorial Advisory Board Member for the Journal of Management History at Emerald Publishing. In addition to previous roles as an Administrative Assistant and Workforce and Cooperative Specialist at Claflin University, Phipps contributed as a Research Fellow at the Cambridge Judge Business School's Centre for Social Innovation. Educational qualifications include a PhD from Louisiana State University, completed in 2011.
