Facility Operations & Services

The Facility Operations & Services team at Emerald Heights ensures the seamless functioning of the retirement community’s infrastructure and resident services. Led by the Facility Operation Supervisor and Director Of Resident Services, the team handles maintenance, safety protocols, and resident assistance. The Community Associate and Resident Council President collaborate to enhance the resident experience, while the RN/AL Manager oversees on-site health services.
