Emerald Pine Capital is an independent real estate investment company co-founded by Fabrizio Grena and Alessandro Ferrante, who worked together for several years at Goldman Sachs, specialising in real estate direct investments, platforms, special situations and loan portfolios.  
 
Together, Fabrizio and Alessandro have successfully closed over 40 equity and credit deals, deploying over €10bn of capital throughout their three decades of combined investment experience.
