Fidel Sosa

Fidel Sosa is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and administration. Currently serving as Lead Senior Systems Engineer at Emerald since November 2021, Fidel leads engineering teams in designing and implementing complex systems, while managing critical projects such as the migration of backup systems and the transition to Microsoft 365 E5. Prior experience includes roles as Senior System Administrator and Team Lead at Emerald, System Administrator at Versatile Building Products, and Information Technology Manager at DAE Systems. Throughout the career, Fidel has successfully completed numerous projects, including ERP system implementations and infrastructure upgrades, demonstrating expertise in server and storage management, network security, and IT operations. Fidel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and is a Cisco Certified Network Administrator.
