Matthew Mathiasen

Matthew Mathiasen currently serves as Show Director at Emerald since April 2023. Previously, Matthew held the position of Senior Manager, Events at Brookfield Properties and California Market Center from 2018 to 2023. Prior to that, Matthew was Regional Manager, Showrooms at Brilliant Earth from 2016 to June 2018 and Director, Retail Operations at PALE VIOLET from 2013 to 2016. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Manager, Operations at DVL Styling and Artist Management at Do LaB, Inc. and Blue Tape, as well as General Manager at Betsey Johnson from 2010 to 2012. Matthew began a career in retail and brand management as Senior Manager, Brand at Elmer Ave from 2008 to 2010. Academic achievements include education at UCLA Extension, FIDM, and St. Christopher's School, culminating in a High School Diploma.
