Tom LeClair possesses extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships across various industries. Currently serving as a Business Development professional at Black Earth Compost since January 2019, Tom focuses on organics waste recycling in Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Concurrently, since 2015, Tom has been involved in Partner Development at emerchantpay ltd, contributing to the growth of online merchant verticals. Previous roles include Independent Consultant specializing in the Payment Card Industry and Agribusiness, Trader in supply and logistics at Gulf Coast Energy, Principal at TJL Capital, and Mortgage Broker at Innovative Mortgage Services and First Patriot Mortgage. Tom began their career as an Investment Broker Associate at Leerink Swann and holds a BS in Finance from Husson University, obtained in 1997.
