Leonard Qian

Leonard Qian is currently an Investment Partner and Head of Strategic Finance at Emergence Software, where they focus on supporting enterprise software founders and investors. With previous experience at Clearlake Capital Group in private equity and Lazard in investment banking, Leonard has developed a strong background in tech M&A and various sectors including industrials and consumer markets. They also contributed to the automotive startup CarDash during its time in Y-Combinator before its acquisition by RepairSmith. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics & Policy with honors and a minor in Public Policy Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley, where they are also pursuing a degree in Entrepreneurship and Technology.
