Emergency Solutions, Inc. was founded by firefighters who were tired of using outdated, expensive software that required multiple integration services.

Emergency Solutions, Inc is firefighter owned and operated. Combined, we hold over 50 years of firefighting, 58 years of medical, as well as over 40 years of IT experience. We are all certified through the State Firefighters' & Fire Marshals' Association of Texas and/or the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.  

As an active group of firefighters, both paid and volunteer, we’ve been where you are now. During day-to-day operations, we realized we could be more efficient in managing our fire departments.

We are committed to making technology and training solutions that are both affordable and easy to use. We provide access to an easy-to-use reporting system, improved communications, interoperability with neighboring departments , as well as day-to-day administrative operations and an automated, in-house, cost recovery program.

Our goal is to ensure that small and medium fire departments, both volunteer and career, have access to the same cloud-based software solutions currently available only to large departments, while also providing more efficient and cost-effective solutions for large departments.
