Chris Sinclair

Chris Sinclair is a seasoned professional in the biopharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in leadership roles at Emergent BioSolutions since February 2014, where currently serving as Head of Global Preparedness. Sinclair has a proven track record in strategic development and operational planning, particularly in public health threat preparedness and response, and has led significant relationships with government agencies in the U.S., Canada, and Israel. Previous positions include Vice President of Federal Public Health, Biodefense Commercial Operations, and Business Development & Strategy within the Biosciences Division, showcasing expertise in medical countermeasures and strategic partnerships. Prior to Emergent BioSolutions, Sinclair held key positions at Cangene Corporation, culminating as Vice-President of Strategic Planning & Operations. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics from the University of Manitoba, an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from the University of Colorado Denver, and an ICD.D Certification in Corporate Governance from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
