John Rafa

John Rafa has over 18 years of work experience, starting from 2002. John is currently working as the Director of Commercial Analytics at Emergent BioSolutions since May 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Market Intelligence at Accelerated Enrollment Solutions from November 2015 to May 2020. John also worked as the Executive Director of Research Services at The Avoca Group from October 2013 to October 2015 and as a Principal at JR3 Consulting from January 2013 to October 2013. Additionally, they held the position of Associate Director of Strategic Analysis at Covance from August 2006 to December 2012. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at BearingPoint from December 2004 to July 2006 and as a Senior Market Research Analyst at Strategic Business Research, Inc. from March 2002 to November 2004.

John Rafa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Psychology from Villanova University. John also obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Temple University. In addition to their formal education, John has obtained various certifications in areas such as Data Science Methodology, Open Source Tools for Data Science, Accounting Analytics, People Analytics, Operations Analytics, and Customer Analytics from Coursera.
