Josh Bernard is a System Analyst at Emergent Method, currently working as an external Deloitte consultant to develop Louisiana's Medicaid systems for the Louisiana Department of Health. Prior to this, Josh worked as a Data Scientist at The Water Institute of the Gulf and as a Business Analyst at Legacy Housing Corporation. Josh has also held positions as an Analytics Intern at GMFS Mortgage and as a Technical Support Specialist at Jacobs. Josh holds a Masters of Analytics in Data Science from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences.
