Kelsea McCrary

Kelsea McCrary is an experienced professional in economic and cultural development, currently serving as the Manager at Emergent Method. Kelsea previously held the position of Chief Economic & Cultural Development Officer for the City of Monroe, where they initiated various projects to strengthen the local economy through arts and culture. Prior to this, Kelsea was the Director of Civic Design & Cultural Districts at the Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, focusing on community development and creative initiatives. Kelsea earned a Master of Public Administration from Louisiana State University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
