Emergent Success offers collaborative leadership consulting services that are customized for each client based on his or her assessed needs and desired outcomes.

We employ the latest collaborative technology tools to support cost effective and time efficient engagements. Our areas of expertise include:

•Team and Individual Executive Coaching
•Strategic Facilitation
•Leadership Education

Our Unique Approach:

With the Reflective. Collaborative. Transformative. ℠ System (RCT) as a foundational philosophy, our approach is focused on engaging clients through the lenses of: self, leader, and strategic partner. Although these lenses are named as distinct, we never consider them separate from one another. Some examples of each of these lenses are provided below.

For the lens of self we utilize: agreed upon assessments like MBTI and EQ, reflective processes, executive coaching, and in Executive Leadership Foundations a dialogue partner for the length of the program.

With the lens of leader we engage them with: Action learning, teaming, real time issues/challenges from participants for applied learning in educational courses, facilitation through the use of Liberating Structures (www.liberatingstructures.com), and executive team coaching.

The lens of strategic partner is facilitated through: Advanced use of Liberating Structures, learning innovative Strategic Facilitation methods, and the executive coaching that integrates strategic and operational competencies with business/organizational outcomes.
