Emerging Power (EP) is a USA arm of Saehan Enertech.  EP is located in Hackensack, New Jersey and manufactures battery packs as well as distributes.

Saehan is one of the World's largest lithium polymer battery manufacturer. Located in Korea, Saehan's cells are in cell phone, radios, electric vehicles, as well as military and medical products. 

Saehan's Parent company is EnerDel Inc, EnerDel also manufacture lithium batteries and is located in Indianapolis Indiana.  This factory caters to the Automobile Industry.   

ENER1 Inc is the parent Company to EP, Saehan Enertech, and Enerder.
