Werner Bruning

Werner Bruning is a highly experienced psychiatrist with a career that spans over two decades. Currently serving as a staff specialist psychiatrist at Townsville Hospital and Health Service since December 2018, Bruning has also held the position of psychiatrist at Emergis since May 2009, including a role as director until July 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Psychiatry and later Medical Director of Integrated Mental Health Service at Mackay Integrated Mental Health Service from May 2005 to May 2009, as well as a psychiatrist at the Robert Fleury Foundation from February 2000 to May 2005. Bruning obtained a Medical Doctor degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed further training at the Haags Leids opleidingsconsortium.
