Inese Jesse

Inese Jesse has a diverse background in human resources and management, with significant experience in both public and private sectors. Inese served as Customer Service Center Manager at the Riga City Construction Board from May 2015 to October 2019, managing a team during the reorganization period, and previously held the position of Main Specialist in the same organization. Subsequently, Inese worked in various HR capacities, including Head of HR and Internal Control at the Riga City Council, Department of Traffic, and Human Resources Manager at CatchSmart and Meditec group. Inese also took on leadership roles at Emergn and gained early experience as Head of Secretariat at Law Offices Loze, Grunte & Cers. Inese holds an educational background from Riga Business School, completed between 2016 and 2018.
