Mathieu SALGUES

Mathieu Salgues is the Directeur de programmes Hôtellerie et Tertiaire at Emerige, where they currently oversee various projects including a five-star hotel and social housing. Previously, Salgues worked as Responsable de programmes at PITCH PROMOTION Groupe, managing hotel and office projects. Their experience also includes roles at Société Générale and Léon Grosse, where they held positions as Maîtrise d'Ouvrage and Ingénieur Travaux Principal, respectively. Salgues holds multiple degrees in civil engineering from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, as well as a specialized master's degree in property management from Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics.
