Adela Cristea

Adela Cristea is a Senior Accounting Manager with extensive experience in financial services, currently leading and coaching a team of 18 in accounting at Emerson. Previously, Adela served as a Commercial Reporting Analyst and has held various roles including Team Coordinator and Senior Financial Analyst. With strong skills in data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and Oracle HFM, Adela has successfully managed internal and external audits while implementing process improvements across multiple sites. Adela holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca.
