Andrea Atkinson is currently the HR Director Systems & Software Europe at Emerson, where they lead Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives. Previously, Andrea held several HR leadership roles at Emerson, including HR Director for the Middle East & Africa, where they significantly expanded the HR team and infrastructure. Earlier in their career, Andrea established the HR function at Digica, growing it from the ground up, while completing their Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) Professional Qualification.
