Anna Duenas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and project leadership. Currently serving as Director of PMO and Customer Experience for Emerson since June 2018, Anna oversees both customer service and aftermarket service organizations, as well as leading the Project Management Office for product transfers. Prior to this, Anna held various roles, including Strategic Planning Manager for Latin America, where responsibilities included orchestrating a planning cycle for a $500 million business, and a Business Development Coordinator, focusing on growth strategies for the region. Before joining Emerson, Anna worked at Turner Construction Company, where significant projects included budget oversight for the Mt. Sinai St. Luke's Master Plan and project management for the NY Police Academy Project. Anna holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rice University.
