Bachir Bella is currently the Director of Special Projects at Emerson Climate Technologies, where they have held several key leadership roles since 2004. Previously, they served as Director of Advanced Manufacturing Europe and Director of Projects and Product Planning. Bachir began their career as a Development Engineer at Electrolux from 1993 to 1996, followed by a position as R&D Manager at Refcomp Spa from 1996 to 1999 and later as Operations Manager. Bachir holds an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Thermodynamic (Energy), both from Università degli Studi di Padova.
