Cristina Querzè

Cristina Querzè is the Global Learning and Leadership Development Director at Emerson, where responsibilities include building learning solutions and driving a global enterprise learning strategy aligned with talent priorities since June 2023. Prior to this role, Cristina served as the Human Resources Director for Sales and Western Europe at Vertiv, focusing on HR business partnership and talent development from July 2018 to May 2023, and previously held the position of Learning and Organisational Development Director in EMEA. Cristina's career at Emerson began in 2007 and included roles such as Academy Director for EMEA and Academy Program Manager, specializing in designing and delivering learning programs. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at Chloride. Cristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Organization and Management from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and a Master's degree in Human Resources from Profingest Management School.
