Daniel Kallhoff is a seasoned engineering professional with over two decades of experience in manufacturing and design engineering. Currently serving as Lead Sr Manufacturing Engineer at Emerson since January 2012, Daniel has been instrumental in overseeing manufacturing processes for the Machine Shop and Gearhead Product line. Prior to Emerson, Daniel worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Parker Hannifin, where responsibilities included process documentation and quality improvement. Earlier experience includes roles as a Process Design Engineer at Hutchinson Technology Inc., where Daniel developed processes to enhance manufacturing capabilities, and as a Design Engineer at Composite America and TEAM Industries, focusing on automotive interior components and data analysis for design requirements. Daniel holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
