David Goeke

David Goeke is a finance professional who recently served as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions Finance at Emerson in 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Domestic Tax Planning at Emerson Electric Co. from 2002 to 2022 and also worked as Tax Counsel at Mallinckrodt from 1999 to 2001. David began their career as a Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche from 1994 to 1998. They earned a JD in Tax from the Saint Louis University School of Law and an LLM in Tax from Washington University in St. Louis, following a BS in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
