Debbie Breeding has extensive experience in materials management, having held various leadership roles in prominent companies within the manufacturing sector. Currently positioned as a Retired Materials Manager at Copeland since June 2023, Debbie previously served as Materials Manager and A/C Assembly Operations Manager at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions from June 2014. Prior experience includes the role of A/C Materials Project Leader at Emerson Climate Technologies, where responsibilities involved leading materials-related projects and working on Oracle Planning and Manufacturing initiatives. Debbie’s earlier roles include Materials Manager at Scroll Compressors LLC and Materials Superintendent at CR Compressors LLC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Western International University.
