Estrella Olea, MS, SSH, is a seasoned Global Health & Safety Leader with a diverse background in environmental health and safety management. They have held various roles throughout their career, including as an HSE Advisor at Saipem and a Senior HSE Specialist at Alcon, where they supervised HSE activities, developed training programs, and ensured compliance with safety regulations. Currently, they serve as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Berkeley Lights, providing leadership and operational support across multiple facilities. Estrella holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University and has extensive expertise in safety auditing, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.
